Error: Orders are not importing into StarShipIT from CartonCloud
Please check that you do not have any rules blocking orders from being pushed into StarShipIT by CartonCloud. To do this:
- In your StarShipIT account, go to Settings, then select Rules.
- Check your rule settings. If everything looks correct, contact CartonCloud support (CartonCloud website).
Error when printing an order or manifest orders.
