Shopify has added the ability to create multiple locations for one store. This means that when you fulfill your orders you can specify the location this order has been fulfilled.
For example; you have two shops, one in Melbourne and one in Perth, you can now specify if the order has been fulfilled from Melbourne of Perth.
What does it mean for StarShipIT?
From the 1st of August, StarShipIT must specify one location when we update the order in Shopify (write-back).
How do I specify the Fulfilment Location in StarShipIT?
- In Settings>Intergration>Shopify Settings
- Click on Lookup
- Select the one you want to use
Do I need to do anything if I have only one location?
If you have only one location in Shopify you don't need to do anything
What will happen if I don't do anything?
If you don't define a location in StarShipIT settings, StarShipIT will use the first location to fulfil your orders.
