## Before you begin

Set up [Australia Post eParcel](/articles/couriers/australia-post/set-up-australia-post-eparcel-parcel-send) first.

Automatic Desktop App routing is not supported for Australia Post label sheets. Download the sheet PDF, then print it from your browser or PDF viewer.
:::

## Configure label-sheet printing

1. In [Starshipit](https://app2.starshipit.com/), go to **Settings** > **Couriers**.
2. Open Australia Post **Settings**.
3. Select **Advanced**, then find **Format**.
4. Select **A4 4-per Std & 3-per label Express**.
5. Click **Save**.

## Print label sheets

Choose the method that matches how you print orders.

### Bulk print from the Orders page

Bulk printing downloads a PDF immediately, formatted for the selected Express or Standard labels.

### Add labels to the queue

Printing from an individual order adds its label to the queue. To download the queued sheet:

1. Go to **Orders**, and select the **New** tab.
2. Open the order.
3. Click **Print Labels**. Your label will be added to the queue.
4. Under **Actions**, select **Print AusPost label sheets** from the dropdown menu.
5. Click **Print Express Sheets** or **Print Standard Sheets** to download a PDF with your labels.
