Live rates at checkout for CouriersPlease - troubleshooting

Error: I can't see my CouriersPlease rates at checkout

1. Enable defaults in CouriersPlease settings.

  • Go to Settings > Couriers > CouriersPlease.
  • Select Edit to tick the default product you wish to display at checkout.

2. Modify advanced checkout rates

  • Go to Settings > Checkout rates.
  • Select Advanced Configuration.
  • Select Enable Domestic Rates.
  • Modify the services you would like to display at checkout.
  • Click Save.
