How to update an order

Overview

  • Learn how to update address, item, package and courier details for an order.

Batch Update

If you would like to update the shipping service you are using for some orders in the new tab in bulk please follow the below steps:

  1. Select all the orders that should be updated
  2. Right click > Batch Update
  3. Tick Product checkbox and enter in the product code of the service you would like to use e.g WPX 
  4. Select the carrier from the drop down
  5. Save

Edit Sender and Receiver details

  1. Open the order you'd like to edit from the New orders grid.
  2. Click Expand next to either the Sender or Receiver section.
  3. When finished click Save Order in the bottom left of the order dialog, or continue editing other sections.

Edit Items

  1. Open the order you'd like to edit from the New orders grid.
  2. Click Expand next to the Items section.
  3. Select Add new itemEdit, or Delete to make changes.
  4. If editing an item, click anywhere to save your changes to the item.
  5. When finished click Save Order in the bottom left of the order dialog, or continue editing other sections.

NOTE: You can also click on any field for an item to edit it.

Edit Packages

  1. Open the order you'd like to edit from the New orders grid.
  2. Scroll down to the Packages section if you can't see it.
  3. Edit the details of each package such as QTY, length, width, height and weight, or you can choose to Add a new package.
  4. When finished click Save Order in the bottom left of the order dialog, or continue editing other sections.

Edit Courier

  1. Open the order you'd like to edit from the New orders grid.
  2. Scroll down to the Courier section if you can't see it.
  3. Select the desired carrier service.
  4. The options shown on the right will change based on the service selected.
  5. When finished click Save Order in the bottom left of the order dialog, or continue editing other sections.
