Shopify defaults to the carrier type to "Other" or "Blank" when using the carrier outside of their designated carrier list. (See screenshot below)
If you are planning on using StarTrack as a carrier and you integrate with Shopify please note the following when setting up Shopify.
Shopify cannot recognize "StarTrack" carrier when the order is shipped by StarTrack in ShipIT. It is then defaulted to "Other" or "Blank" and the tracking URL in the email notification from Shopify will be Google website link.
