> Learn how to integrate your Etsy platform to Starshipit.

## Integrate your Etsy account

1. In Starshipit, navigate to **Settings** > **Integrations**.
2. Click **Add a new integration** > **Etsy**.
3. Tick **Enable Etsy**.
4. Click **Authorize**. This will redirect you to your Etsy account.
5. Click on **Allow Access**. This will redirect you back to Starshipit.
6. Enter your Etsy shop name.
7. Click **Save**.
8. Click **Test to ensure it works** to validate that your integration is working.

## Troubleshooting

**How do I turn off Customer Notifications on Etsy?**

Click on your shop icon and then shipping labels. Scroll to the bottom on the right and make sure the notification box is unchecked.

**I get an "Invalid Shop Name" error when I test the connection**

Make sure you have added an About section to your Etsy profile.

## Configure Etsy settings

| Setting | What it controls |
| --- | --- |
| **Enable Etsy** | Turns the Etsy connection on or off. |
| **Shop name** | Identifies the Etsy shop that Starshipit imports orders from. |
| **OAuth access token** | The access credential created by Etsy authorisation. You normally do not need to enter it manually. |
| **OAuth refresh token** | Allows Starshipit to refresh access after the initial Etsy authorisation. You normally do not need to enter it manually. |
| **Import paid receipts** | Imports paid and unshipped receipts only when enabled. When disabled, all unshipped receipts are imported. |
| **Map address line 2 to building** | Maps Etsy address line 2 into Starshipit's Building field; otherwise it is mapped to the Suburb field. |

Click **Save** after changing a setting, then use **Test connection** to verify the connection.
