Trade Me Integration

Overview

  • The steps below will guide you though integrating your Trade Me platform with Starshipit.
  • Once completed, your orders will be imported into Starshipit and the tracking information will be written back when you print a label.

Note: Trade Me doesn't let Starshipit import the item details, however, the item details are not required to ship domestically.

How to integrate your Trade Me account to Starshipit

  1. In Starshipit, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Click Add a new integration and select Trade Me from the list of integrations.
  3. Click Get Authorization Link and you will be redirected to the Trade Me website.
  4. Enter your Trade Me Account username and password.
  5. Copy the generated code and paste it into the Trade Me verifier code field.
  6. Click Save.

 Important

The status of the orders must be set to "Payment Received" before importing

Troubleshooting

Q. My Test Connection failed

A. Follow the integration steps again. If it fails again, please contact our support team here.

Q. My Afterpay orders are not importing

A. We do not currently support importing of orders that have a status of shipped (30), all Afterpay orders automatically have a status of 30.
