Overview
- Team Global Express Priority's (formerly Toll Priority) integration with Starshipit allows you to use all of Starshipit's features including generation of packing slips and shipping labels, auto-correction of addresses, branded tracking and notifications and many more.
- This article outlines how to set up Team Global Express Priority as a courier service in Starshipit.

Before you begin
You'll need your account number. This is given to you by your Team Global Express account manager.
Setting up Team Global Express Priority as a courier
- Complete this range request form for Team Global Express.
- Enter your company name and business unit.
Starshipit currently support Priority, IPEC or Priority International. - Enter the following values for the fields:

Once the Team Global Express responds to your request with your ranges, please forward these to your Starshipit Onboarding Specialist or our support team.
Starshipit will then set up your Team Global Express Priority (Toll Priority) account and let you know once this is complete.
Set up your product codes
- Confirm with Team Global Express Priority which product codes to enter.
- Go to Settings, then select Couriers.
- Open your Team Global Express Priority Settings.
- Click on Add New Product Code.
- Enter the code and name.
- Click Add.
- Repeat steps 5-6 for each product code.

- SH - B2C Priority Parcel ATL
- M7 - B2C Priority Parcel
Team Global Express Standard B2C:
- YG - B2C Standard Parcel ATL

Insurance cover
Insurance cover is available for Team Global Express shipments up to $5,000. For over adding insurance cover over $5,000 please reach out to your Team Global Express account manager. Your Toll version must be Use MyToll.
You can enable and set the value of your insurance cover within an order. Alternatively, navigate to Settings > Couriers > Toll IPEC > Advanced > Use Declared Value if Cover/Warranty has not been set. This setting will automatically use the declared value of an order for insurance cover if you do not set it within an order.
