On the branded tracking page you can give your customers the option to generate their own return labels (this is an optional setting within Starshipit). 

If the customer wishes to return a product to you, they can enter their email address and the reason why they want to return the product.

An email containing the return label will be sent both to the customer as well as the owner of the account. The customer will have to print the label to return the product, but you can also start a dialogue with the customer through that email.

Note: February 2017: Return labels are available for DHL Express & Australia Post Domestic.

 

1. Activate the Branded Tracking Page

  • Go to Settings > Customer Notifications.
  • Select Enable.
  • Click on save.
  • Click on page template for the next step.

 

2. Enable return shipping label generation

  • Select Customise your own.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the customisation page and select Enable Return Shipping Label Generation.
  • Click on save.
