About notifications and branded tracking

Overview

  • Use Starshipit's notifications and branded tracking pages to keep your customers up to date on the status of their deliveries. 
  • Choose between either the classic notifications and branded tracking page templates or our new template settings, which feature richer customisation options.
  • Use the Brand hub to manage all your brand assets from one place.

Important

Notifications will not be sent for "Pickup In Store" and "Plain Label" orders when on a Trial Subscription due to spam protection measures.

How it works

Use Starshipit's email and SMS editor to create branded emails and SMS messages in line with your company's brand and communication style. 

Choose between either the classic notifications and branded tracking page templates or our new template settings, which feature richer customisation options. 

Starshipit's branded tracking page will direct your customers to your website, not your courier's, so they can see the status of their delivery and create return labels (if you choose to enable this option). 

You can opt-in or out to notify your customers via email or SMS alerts at seven different stages of the delivery process: 

  • Printed
  • Manifested
  • Picked-up
  • In transit
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered
  • Pickup In Store
