> Step-by-step guide to setting up Flash Couriers.

Connect Flash Couriers to Starshipit to generate labels and request Australian delivery rates. This guide explains how to connect the account and arrange pickups.

## What you need to get started

Before you begin, get your **Account Code** from Flash Couriers. If you are testing, confirm whether your account code uses the test environment.

If you do not have these details, contact your Flash Couriers representative.

## Set up Flash Couriers

1. Go to **Settings** > **Couriers** > **Add a new courier**.
2. Select **Australia**, then select **Flash Couriers**.
3. Tick **Enable Flash Couriers**.
4. Enter your **Account Code**.
5. If Flash Couriers supplied test credentials, enable **Use Test Environment**. Leave it disabled for live credentials.
6. Click **Save**.

## Configure pickup scheduling

In **Pickup Settings**, choose **Pickup Scheduling Method**:

| Setting | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Immediately after printing** | Requests the driver immediately after a label is printed. |
| **Delayed by minutes** | Displays **Select the number of minutes after printing labels that the driver should arrive**. Enter the delay in minutes. |
| **Specific date and time** | Displays **Select the date and time the driver should arrive**. Enter the local pickup date and time. |

Click **Save** after changing the pickup method or its conditional field.

## Verify the connection

Create a test Australian shipment and confirm that the Flash Couriers service returns a rate and label. Check that the pickup request uses the schedule you selected.
