Before you begin
To connect Parcelpoint Asendia with your Starshipit account, you’ll need your Parcelpoint Asendia API Key.
If you don’t have these credentials, please get in touch with your Parcelpoint Asendia account manager. If you do not have an account manager, please email the Parcelpoint Asendia sales team.
How to set up Parcelpoint Asendia
- In Starshipit, navigate to Settings > Couriers > Add a new courier.
- Select Parcelpoint Asendia under the International section.
- Tick Enable Parcelpoint Asendia.
- Enter your Parcelpoint Asendia API Key.
- Click Save to save your integration details.

FAQs
Which carriers are supported via Parcelpoint Asendia?
Currently, Parcelpoint Asendia only supports Asendia e-PAQ Select, where merchants can drop off shipments at Parcelpoint Asendia locations. This does not include shipments where Asendia provides parcel pickup services from merchants' locations.
Does Parcelpoint Asendia support domestic shipping?
No, Parcelpoint Asendia currently supports only international shipments.
Does Parcelpoint Asendia support shipments to all countries?
Yes, but currently only shipments from Australia to the USA, New Zealand, and Singapore are supported.
Why doesn’t the destination on my label match the destination address of the order?
The address on the label is for a Parcelpoint Asendia location. Once parcels are dropped off, they are sent to a Parcelpoint Asendia processing centre, where they are relabelled with the final destination details.
Are Asendia shipments processed as DDP or DDU?
All shipments processed are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
How do I obtain a commercial invoice to include with my shipment?
For Asendia shipments, a commercial invoice isn’t necessary. Shipment details are electronically passed to customs by Asendia.
Does Parcelpoint Asendia support multi-package shipments?
No, Parcelpoint Asendia currently does not support multi-package shipments/orders.
