# Add images to packing slips and packing summaries

> Learn how to display product images on packing slips and packing summaries for orders from eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon.

Use a packing slip or packing summary template that includes item images to show product photos on printed fulfilment documents. The template options differ between Classic UI and UI 2.0.

## Show images on packing slips

1. In Starshipit, navigate to **Settings > Packing Slip**.
2. Select **Configure your packing slips here**.
3. Click **Customise using template editor**.
4. In the dropdown under **Template Size**, choose **A4 Images** for a preset template that includes images.
5. To customise the packing slip, add or remove properties in the A4 Images template.

Once your edits are complete, click **Save**.

1. In Starshipit, go to **Settings > Packing slips**.
2. Under **Packing slips**, select **New custom template editor**.
3. Under **Template size**, choose **A4 portrait with images**.
4. If you customise the item table, add **%ItemImage%** to a cell inside the table. This variable shows each item's image.
5. Click **Save**.

## Show images on packing summaries

1. In Starshipit, navigate to **Settings > Packing Slip**.
2. Select **Configure your packing summary here**.
3. Choose **Customise your own item summary with images** for a preset template that includes images.
4. To customise the packing summary, add or remove properties in the A4 Images template.

Once your edits are complete, click **Save**.

1. In Starshipit, go to **Settings > Packing slips**.
2. Select the **Packing summaries** tab.
3. Choose **Custom item summary with images**. This option is shown when item images are enabled for packing summaries.
4. If you customise the item table, place **%ItemImage%** inside a table between **%ItemRepeaterStart%** and **%ItemRepeaterEnd%**.
5. Click **Save**.

## Image formatting

When using the **A4 Images** template or the **%ItemImage%** property, the image will automatically resize to fit the cell.
