Find an order from the **Search**, **Orders**, or **Workflows** page using its order number, tracking number, or customer details.

## Choose a search route

### Search from the Search page

1. Go to [Starshipit](https://app.starshipit.com/).
2. Go to the **Search** page.
3. Enter the order number in the search bar.

### Search from the Orders page

1. Go to the **Orders** page.
2. Click the search bar.
3. Search using one of the following:
   * Order number
   * Tracking number
   * Customer email
   * Customer name

### Search from Workflows

1. Go to the **Workflows** page.
2. Select **Search for an order**.
3. Search using any of the fields mentioned above.

You can also click the tick box **Include orders from child accounts** to search for orders across your child accounts.

1. Go to the **Orders** page.
2. Click the search bar.
3. Search using one of the following:
   * Order number
   * Tracking number
   * Customer email
   * Customer name

## Check that you found the right order

Open the result and compare its order number or tracking number with your records before you make changes or print a label.
