> Configure BigCommerce, Starshipit child accounts, and order routing for ship-from-store fulfilment.

Use BigCommerce with Starshipit to route online orders to the retail location that will fulfil them.

## Before you begin

Plan the stores that will fulfil online orders and the order-routing rules that select each store. You also need a Starshipit child account and the required courier connections for every fulfilment location.

For the broader ship-from-store workflow, see [Set up ship from store](/articles/9000119980047-set-up-ship-from-store).

## Set up ship from store with BigCommerce

1. Install Starshipit from the [BigCommerce app marketplace](https://www.bigcommerce.com/apps/starshipit/).
2. Create a Starshipit child account for each store that will fulfil orders.
3. Configure your order-routing rules so each order is allocated to the appropriate store.
4. Connect the couriers that each store will use to print labels.

## Verify the workflow

Create a test order and confirm that it is allocated to the intended store's Starshipit child account. Check that the store can select the expected courier and print a label before using the workflow for live orders.

## If an order reaches the wrong store

Check the order-routing rule and the child account assigned to that store. Make sure the fulfilment location, courier connection, and routing criteria match the way the order should be allocated.

For child-account guidance and additional routing options, see [Set up ship from store](/articles/9000119980047-set-up-ship-from-store).
