# Enable pickup in store and configure labels

> Enable the Pickup in Store service and choose how Starshipit creates collection labels.

Enable Pickup in Store as a Starshipit service so your team can identify and process collection orders without booking a courier shipment.

## Enable pickup in store

1. Go to **Settings** > **Couriers** > **Add a new courier**.
2. Under **Other**, select **Pickup in Store**.
3. Enable **Pickup in Store**.
4. Enable **Generate labels for Pickup in Store** if each collection order should have an identification label.
5. Save your changes.

## Customise the pickup label

1. Go to **Settings** > **Couriers** > **Pickup in Store** > **Label Template**.
2. Select a supplied template or **Customise your own**.
3. Add the order information your team needs, such as the order number, customer name, SKUs, collection location, or delivery instructions.
4. Save the template.

When your team prints a pickup order, Starshipit creates the pickup label from this template instead of requesting a courier label.
