# Offer pickup in store at checkout

If you use Starshipit rates at checkout, add pickup in store as a free or fixed-price option alongside your courier delivery services.

## Before you begin

[Set up rates at checkout](/articles/360000179036-set-up-rates-at-checkout) before adding the pickup option.

## Add the pickup option

1. Go to **Settings** > **Checkout Rates** > **Courier Configuration**.
2. Enable **Advanced setting view**.
3. Under **Flat Rate**, select **Table Rates**.
4. Add a row with:
   - **Product Code:** `PICKUP`
   - **Product Name:** `Pickup In Store`
   - **Country, state or postcode:** Add restrictions if only some customers can collect.
   - **Shipping rates:** For example, `1000|0` offers free pickup for orders up to 1,000 kg.
5. Save your changes.
