> Configure Authority to Leave, product options, pickup orders, and multiple BigCommerce storefronts in Starshipit.

Configure the additional BigCommerce data and storefront behaviour during setup. You can update these choices later from **Settings > Integrations > BigCommerce**.

## Import Authority to Leave

To import Authority to Leave from BigCommerce:

- Name the billing form field **Delivery Option**.
- Set its value to include either `authority to leave` or `signature required`.

## Import product options

Starshipit imports BigCommerce product options with these display names:

- Size
- HS Code
- Color or Colour

To also import bin and warehouse values, [configure BigCommerce product locations](/articles/205452843-bigcommerce-product-location).

## Enable pickup orders

1. Open the BigCommerce integration settings in Starshipit.
2. Enable **Pickup in Store**.
3. Click **Save**.

When a pickup shipment is printed, Starshipit writes it back to BigCommerce as **Awaiting Pickup**.

## Manage multiple storefronts

Enable **Import Channel ID as a tag** to add each order's storefront ID as a Starshipit tag. You can use that tag to filter the orders grid or create storefront-specific shipping rules.

1. Go to **Settings > Integrations > BigCommerce**.
2. Enable **Import Channel ID as a tag**.
3. Click **Save**.
4. Import a test order from each storefront and confirm the expected tag appears.

Starshipit supports tracking writeback for orders imported from multiple BigCommerce storefronts.

## Configure BigCommerce settings

Complete these connection and advanced options during setup, or update them later when your BigCommerce workflow changes:

| --- | --- |
| **Name** | Identifies the BigCommerce store in Starshipit. |
| **API Path** | The BigCommerce store API path from the store-level API account. |
| **Username** | The legacy username field. Leave it empty when using a V2/V3 API token. |
| **Access Token** | Authenticates Starshipit with BigCommerce. Keep it secret. |
| **Client Id** | The client ID from the BigCommerce store-level API account. |
| **Statuses to import** | Limits imports to the BigCommerce status codes you enter. |
| **Enable writeback to BigCommerce orders to create shipment details** | Sends shipment details back to BigCommerce when orders are fulfilled. |

| **Enable Pickup in Store** | Writes pickup shipments back as **Awaiting Pickup**. |
| **Map address line 2 into “Building” field** | Maps BigCommerce address line 2 to Starshipit's Building field. |
| **Import Channel ID as a tag** | Adds the BigCommerce storefront channel ID as an order tag in Starshipit. |
| **Enable AfterShip tracking links** | Sends BigCommerce's mapped carrier so it can generate an AfterShip link. Leave this off to preserve direct carrier tracking links. |

Click **Save** in the section where you changed a setting, then use **Test connection** to verify the connection.
