# Fulfil Odoo orders with Starshipit

Use the Starshipit shipping method in Odoo to calculate shipping, create labels, and receive tracking numbers.

## Before you begin

[Connect Odoo to Starshipit](/articles/9226374129295-integrating-with-odoo) and select the Starshipit service you want to use.

## Get a rate and generate labels

1. Open or create a quotation in Odoo.
2. Click **Add shipping**.
3. Select Starshipit in **Shipping Method**.
4. Click **Get rate**.
5. Click **Add** to add the shipping cost to the sales order.
6. Validate the delivery.

Odoo adds the generated shipping labels and tracking numbers to the chatter. Return labels also appear when the selected service supports returns and the connector is configured accordingly.

Odoo calculates package weight from the product weights plus the empty package weight. Verify the package, destination address, email address, and phone number before creating the shipment.

## Create a return label

Returns are supported for Australia Post eParcel, TNT, CouriersPlease, Aramex, StarTrack, DHL Express, and NZ Post Domestic.

1. Open the delivery order in Odoo.
2. Click **Return**.
3. Click **Print Return Label**.

The button is available only when the selected courier service supports returns.

## Cancel a delivery

Cancelling a delivery order in Odoo archives it in Starshipit, but does not cancel the shipment with the courier. Sign in to the courier portal and cancel the shipment there to avoid unintended charges.
