Some Starshipit accounts are billed through Shopify instead of being billed directly by Starshipit. This can affect where you approve plan changes and who needs to help if the Shopify billing connection changes.

## How do I know if my account is billed through Shopify?

If your account is Shopify-billed, plan changes may redirect you to Shopify so you can review and approve the billing change in your Shopify admin.

## Why did Starshipit send me to Shopify when changing plan?

Shopify requires merchants to approve billing changes for Shopify-billed apps. When you change your Starshipit plan, you may be redirected to Shopify to approve the updated subscription before the change can be completed.

## What if my Shopify billing store changes or is disconnected?

If the Shopify store linked to billing changes, is disconnected, or is no longer accessible, contact [Starshipit support](https://help.starshipit.com). Billing and account settings may need to be checked before plan changes can be completed.

## Can Shopify-billed accounts use child accounts or 3PL workflows?
