## Before you begin

Add only services enabled on your Australia Post or StarTrack account. Printing a label also books the pickup. If a booking window has closed, select the next available pickup date before printing.

## Australia Post On Demand services

## Additional settings reference

| Setting | What it controls |
| --- | --- |
| **Integration** | Whether the API integration is used for labels and manifests. |
| **Enable Email Tracking** | Whether tracking notifications are sent through the courier integration. |
| **Disable ATL** | Prevents authority to leave from being applied. |
| **Current increment** and **Client code** | Identifiers used when creating consignments. |
| **Pickup** | Schedules a pickup immediately, after an offset, or at a specified date and time. Afternoon and tonight presets are also available. |
| **Delivery type** | Selects the delivery type returned for the shipment. |

## B2B2C shipments with missing SKUs

Some Australia Post B2B2C shipment flows require an SKU for every item. Add missing SKUs to your source order or product catalogue, re-import the order, and confirm they appear on the order line items before printing.
