Display the branded returns portal to customers by embedding it on your website or sharing the Starshipit-hosted portal URL.

## Choose a display method

| Method | Use when |
| --- | --- |
| Embedded iFrame | You want the portal to appear inside your website experience. |
| Hosted URL | You want a separate returns page managed by Starshipit, or you only want to share the portal with selected customers. |

## Embed the portal with an iFrame

An iFrame embeds the returns portal as inline HTML on an existing web page.

1. Go to **Settings > Returns > Settings > Get the code**.
2. Copy the code to your clipboard.
3. Open the website page where you want the returns portal to appear.
4. Edit the page HTML.
5. Paste the iFrame code.
6. Save or publish the page.

After setup, customers can access the returns portal directly from your website page.

## Share the hosted URL

After you enable the returns portal and optionally choose a subdomain, Starshipit gives you a unique portal URL.

You can include this URL in the **Send Return Link** email or share it directly with customers.

## Verify customer access

Open the embedded page or hosted URL in a private browser window. Check that the portal loads, uses your branding, and lets a customer start a test return.
