Connect Uni Uni to Starshipit to create labels, show rates, and track shipments in the United States and Canada. This guide explains what you need from Uni Uni and how to add the courier to your Starshipit account.

## Before you begin

To connect Uni Uni to Starshipit, you need:

* Customer number
* Client ID
* Client secret
* Pickup warehouse ID
* Tracking key, if Uni Uni supplied one
* Confirmation of whether you should use sandbox or production
* Confirmation of whether you should use the United States or Canada environment

If you do not have these details, contact your Uni Uni account manager. You can also refer to the [Uni Uni documentation](https://docs.uniuni.com/) or the [Uni Uni business portal](https://biz.uniexpress.ca/login).

## Set up Uni Uni in Starshipit

1. In Starshipit, go to **Settings** > **Couriers** > **Add a new courier**.
2. Select **United States** or **Canada** as the shipping from country.
3. Select **Uni Uni**.
4. Tick **Enable Uni Uni**.
5. Enter your **Customer number**, **Client ID**, **Client secret**, and **Pickup warehouse ID**.
6. Enter your **Tracking key** if Uni Uni supplied one.
7. Select the correct sandbox or production environment.
8. Select the correct United States or Canada environment.
9. Click **Save**.

Your Uni Uni integration is now connected. You can verify the setup by creating a test shipment.

## Add product codes

Uni Uni product codes are optional. If you add product codes, use the codes supplied by Uni Uni. If you do not add a product code, Starshipit uses the standard Uni Uni service.

## Limitations

* Uni Uni supports shipments where the sender and receiver are in supported United States or Canada locations.
* Uni Uni supports single-package shipments only.
* Uni Uni labels print as 100 x 150 mm labels.
* Signature required is supported.
* A separate manifest step is not required.

## Troubleshooting

**No rates are showing?**

Check that:

* The shipment has one package only.
* The sender and receiver countries are supported United States or Canada locations.
* Customer number, client ID, and client secret are correct.
* Pickup warehouse ID is correct.
* Postcodes and package details are complete.
* The selected United States or Canada environment matches your account.
* The selected sandbox or production setting matches your credentials.

**Labels are not generating?**

Check that Uni Uni is enabled, the shipment has one package only, and all pickup and delivery address details are complete.
