Connect Capital Transport to Starshipit to create Australian domestic labels, show live rates, and track shipments. This guide explains what you need from Capital Transport and how to add the courier to your Starshipit account.

## Before you begin

To connect Capital Transport to Starshipit, you need these details from Capital Transport:

* Username
* Shared key
* API key
* Account code
* State ID
* Product or service codes
* Confirmation of whether you should use UAT or live

If you do not have these details, contact your Capital Transport account manager. You can also visit the [Capital Transport website](https://capitaltransport.com.au/).

## Set up Capital Transport in Starshipit

1. In Starshipit, go to **Settings** > **Couriers** > **Add a new courier**.
2. Select **Australia** as the shipping from country.
3. Select **Capital Transport**.
4. Tick **Enable Capital Transport**.
5. Enter your **Username**, **Shared key**, **API key**, **Account code**, and **State ID**.
6. If Capital Transport gave you UAT credentials, tick **Use UAT**.
7. Click **Save**.

Your Capital Transport integration is now connected. You can verify the setup by creating a test shipment.

## Add product codes

Capital Transport requires a product or service code when creating labels. Add the service codes supplied by Capital Transport in the **Add Product Codes** area.

If no service code is available on the shipment, Starshipit cannot create the label.

## Limitations

* Capital Transport supports domestic shipments from Australia.
* International shipping and returns are not supported through this integration.
* Capital Transport labels print as 100 x 150 mm labels.

## Troubleshooting

**No rates are showing?**

Check that:

* The order is an Australian domestic shipment.
* The account code and State ID are correct.
* Sender and receiver postcodes are complete.
* Package details are complete.
* The selected service code is configured as a product code in Starshipit.
* Your account is using the correct UAT or live setting.

**Labels are not generating?**

Check that Capital Transport is enabled, your credentials are correct, and the selected service code is available on your account.
