Connect GoPeople to Starshipit to quote and book Australian domestic courier jobs. This guide explains what you need from GoPeople and how to add the courier to your Starshipit account.

## Before you begin

To connect GoPeople to Starshipit, you need:

* A GoPeople API access token
* Confirmation of whether you should use sandbox or live
* Any product codes you want to make available in Starshipit

If you do not have these details, contact your GoPeople account manager or visit the [GoPeople website](https://www.gopeople.com.au/).

## Set up GoPeople in Starshipit

1. In Starshipit, go to **Settings** > **Couriers** > **Add a new courier**.
2. Select **Australia** as the shipping from country.
3. Select **GoPeople**.
4. Tick **Enable GoPeople**.
5. Enter your **Access token**.
6. If GoPeople gave you sandbox credentials, tick **Use sandbox**.
7. Click **Save**.

Your GoPeople integration is now connected. You can verify the setup by creating a test shipment.

## Add product codes

GoPeople product codes are optional, but they can control which delivery services appear in Starshipit.

If you add product codes, Starshipit only shows matching GoPeople services. Use the service names or codes supplied by GoPeople.

## Limitations

* GoPeople supports domestic shipments from Australia.
* International shipping and returns are not supported through this integration.
* GoPeople labels print as 100 x 150 mm labels.
* A separate manifest step is not required.
* GoPeople can create one job and one label for a multi-parcel shipment.

## Troubleshooting

**No rates are showing?**

Check that:

* The order is an Australian domestic shipment.
* Package details are complete.
* Your access token matches the selected sandbox or live environment.
* Any product codes in Starshipit match services enabled on your GoPeople account.

**Labels are not generating?**

Check that GoPeople is enabled and the address and phone number details are complete before printing.
