> Connect a courier account to Starshipit and find the setup instructions for your provider.

Connect your courier account to Starshipit so you can ship with your chosen provider. Integration requirements differ between couriers: Starshipit can help retrieve credentials for some providers, while others require you to contact the courier directly.

## How does Starshipit handle shipping rates?

We don’t clip the ticket on your shipments.

There are two options for rates with Starshipit: You can access discounted shipping rates or bring your own rates (with no penalties).

If you don’t have a courier account yet, we can get you set up in no time with plug-and-play couriers which charge directly to your credit card.

## Start integrating with your couriers

Sending items too large or heavy for a standard parcel service? See [Choose a courier for bulky goods](/articles/15100000000021-choose-a-courier-for-bulky-goods) for freight services available through Starshipit.

1. Log into Starshipit then navigate to **Settings** > **Couriers**.
2. Click **Add a new courier**.
3. Select the country you are shipping from in the drop-down list.
4. Click on the courier you'd like to integrate with.
5. Depending on the courier you select, you will either be prompted to enter your account details or be given the next steps, e.g. contact the courier directly.
6. If you are prompted to enter your account details, enter it and click **Save**. If you are given next steps, follow the instructions.
7. Check out our support section [here](/categories/couriers) for more information about setting up your specific courier.
