Use these variables to add shipment and item information to a packing slip template. Keep the exact spelling of each variable. For editing and saving steps, follow [Configure packing slips using the template editor](/articles/9067623250063-configure-packing-slips-using-the-template-editor).

## Sender details

| Variable | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| `[Logo]` | Your uploaded logo. |
| `%SenderAddress%` | Sender address. |
| `%SenderPhoneNumber%` | Sender's phone number. |

## Order details

| Variable | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| `%OrderNumber%` | Order number. |
| `%ReferenceNumber%` | Customer reference number. |
| `[Barcode]` | Order barcode. |
| `%OrderDate%` | Order date. |
| `%PrintedDate%` | Date and time the label or package was printed. |
| `%CurrentDate%` | Date the packing slip is generated. |
| `%OrderNotes%` | Order notes. |
| `%Tags%` | Order tags. |

## Delivery details

| Variable | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| `%DestinationAddress%` | Delivery address. |
| `%DestinationCompanyName%` | Destination company name. |
| `%DestinationPhoneNumber%` | Recipient's phone number. |
| `%DeliveryInstructions%` | Delivery instructions. |

## Shipping and package details

| Variable | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| `%ProductName%` | Shipping service. |
| `%ShippingMethod%` | Shipping method. |
| `%ShippingDescription%` | Shipping description. |
| `%ShippingMethodDescription%` | Shipping method and description. |
| `%PackageName%` | Package name. |
| `%PackageDimensions%` | Package dimensions. |
| `%Weight%` | Order weight. |
| `%XofY%` | Package position in a multi-package order, such as 1 of 3. |

## Item details

| `%SKUS%` | Item SKUs and quantities as a formatted list. |
| `%ItemDescriptionTable%` | Item description. |
| `%ItemSKUTable%` | Item SKU. |
| `%ItemModelTable%` | Item model. |
| `%ItemQtyTable%` | Quantity being packed for this item row. |
| `%ItemQtyTableOf%` | Quantity for this item row out of the ordered quantity, such as 1 of 2. |
| `%ItemBinTable%` | Item bin location. |
| `%ItemColourTable%` | Item colour. |
| `%ItemSizeTable%` | Item size. |
| `%ItemHSCodeTable%` | Item HS code. |
| `%ItemCountryTable%` | Item country of origin. |
| `%ItemWeightTable%` | Item weight. |
| `%ItemPriceTable%` | Item price. |
| `%ItemTotalTable%` | Price multiplied by the quantity for this item row. |
| `%ItemBarcodeTable%` | Item barcode as a scannable barcode. |
| `%ItemBarcodeTableValue%` | Item barcode as text. |
| `%ItemImage%` | Item image, when image support is enabled. |

## Item totals

Place these variables outside the item table to show a total for the order.

| Variable | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| `%TotalNumberOfItems%` | Total item quantity. |
| `%AllItemsTotalQTY%` | Total quantity across all items. |
| `%AllItemsTotalPrice%` | Total item price, excluding shipping costs. |

For each item, Starshipit uses the quantity to ship when it is greater than zero. Otherwise, it uses the item's full quantity.

`%TotalNumberOfItems%` and `%AllItemsTotalQTY%` add those quantities. `%AllItemsTotalPrice%` adds each item's price multiplied by that quantity and excludes shipping costs.
