Connect IncaPost to Starshipit to get rates, print labels, and track shipments on supported Australian domestic lanes.

## Before you begin

Make sure you have:

* An active IncaPost account
* An IncaPost API key
* A sender and delivery address within IncaPost's supported service area

Contact your IncaPost account manager if you need an API key or want to confirm which locations your account can service.

## Set up IncaPost

1. In Starshipit, go to **Settings > Couriers > Add a new courier**.
2. Select **Australia** as the shipping-from country.
3. Select **IncaPost**.
4. Tick **Enable IncaPost**.
5. Enter your **API Key**.
6. Click **Save**.

## Add product codes

Product codes are optional. Leave this section empty to use all services returned for an eligible shipment, or add the services you want to use:

| Product code | Product name |
| ------------ | ------------ |
| `S` | Standard |
| `P` | Priority |

To restrict the available services:

1. Go to the **Product Codes** section.
2. Click **Add**.
3. Enter the product code and a name you will recognise.
4. Click **Save**.

The services returned for each shipment depend on the addresses, parcel weight, and your IncaPost account.

## Use delivery options

**Signature Required** and **Authority to Leave** are available from the order details page before you print a label. You can also apply these options automatically with rules.

IncaPost includes insurance automatically. You do not need to enable or configure insurance in Starshipit.

## Verify the setup

1. Create a test order using addresses within IncaPost's supported service area.
2. Get rates and confirm an IncaPost service appears.
3. Print the shipping label.
4. Confirm Starshipit saves tracking information against the order.

## Troubleshooting

### No rates are returned

Check that the API key is correct and that both addresses are within IncaPost's service area. Make sure the parcel has a valid weight.

### A label cannot be created

Check that the API key has been copied correctly and does not contain extra spaces. Confirm the delivery address and parcel details are complete, then try again.
