The mobile app lets you check and correct stock levels directly on the floor — no need to go back to a desktop to investigate discrepancies or make quick adjustments.
These features are all available from the Actions tab.
View inventory at a location
Scan a location to see exactly what stock is currently recorded there.
- Go to Actions > Scan Location.
- Scan the location barcode (or type the location name).
- The app shows all products and quantities currently at that location.
From here, you can select any product and jump straight into an adjustment if what you see in the app doesn't match what's physically in the location.
Adjust inventory
Use Adjust Inventory when you need to correct a stock quantity — for example, after finding a discrepancy or reconciling a short pick.
- Go to Actions > Adjust Inventory.
- Scan or search for the product.
- Select the location to adjust.
- Enter the increase or decrease quantity.
- Select a reason (e.g. damage, count correction) and add a reference if needed.
- Tap Submit.
The adjustment is recorded immediately and appears in the stock movement log with the reason and your user details.
Cycle counts
A cycle count lets you verify the stock at a location by physically counting what is there and submitting the count. The system compares your count against the expected quantity and records any variance.
- Open a cycle count job from My Jobs or Open Jobs.
- Go to the specified location.
- Scan the location barcode.
- Count the items and enter the quantity for each product.
- Submit the count.
If the count matches, no adjustment is made. If there is a variance, the system records it and updates the inventory — or flags it for review depending on your settings.
Creating cycle count jobs from a pick
If you spot a discrepancy while picking — for example, the bin is empty or has the wrong item — you can use Report Issue from the pick step. This creates a cycle count job at that location so it can be properly investigated without blocking your current pick job.
