> Monitor warehouse health, fulfilment throughput, inbound receipts, and staff productivity using WMS reporting dashboards.

Starshipit WMS reporting is spread across several dashboards rather than a single reporting hub. Each dashboard focuses on a different lens of warehouse performance:

| Dashboard | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Operations** | Warehouse health at a glance — active warnings, backlog, and a restocking summary |
| **Fulfilment Report** | Shipped orders, packages, shipment cost, and items; completed-by-user breakdown; CSV export |
| **PO Receipt Report** | Received purchase orders, supplier, status, lines, items per receipt, and carton counts; CSV export |
| **Performance** | Fulfilment cycle times, configurable SLA target, and daily trends |
| **Expiring Stock** | Batch-tracked stock approaching expiry |
| **Staff Management** | Staff activity, picks/hour, packs/hour, peak-hour patterns, and per-user detail |

## Operations dashboard

The **Operations dashboard** ([wms.starshipit.com/dashboard/operations](https://wms.starshipit.com/dashboard/operations)) gives you a real-time health check of your warehouse. It shows:

* **Active warnings** — issues that need attention, such as orders with insufficient stock or integration errors.
* **Backlog** — orders that are pending or overdue.
* **Shipment anomalies** — flagged deliveries or fulfilment exceptions.
* **Paused jobs** — jobs that are blocked or waiting for follow-up.
* **Insufficient stock** — a count of orders that cannot currently be allocated due to zero or negative available stock.
* **Restocking summary** — how many products are at or near stockout, with a link to the full [Restocking Insights](/articles/14700000000017-restocking-insights) dashboard.
* **Fulfilment summary** — a snapshot of orders picked, packed, and shipped today.

Use this dashboard at the start of each day to identify anything that needs attention before the team starts work.

## Fulfilment report

The **Fulfilment Report** shows outbound performance over a selected date range:

* **Shipped orders** — total orders shipped in the period
* **Packages** — total shipping parcels created
* **Items shipped** — total item lines fulfilled
* **Shipment cost** — carrier cost information where available from the shipment record
* **Completed by user** — a breakdown of fulfilment activity by staff member, showing who picked and packed which orders

This report is available as a **CSV export**, making it easy to share with a team lead, use in a weekly performance review, or import into a spreadsheet for further analysis. Date filters use local warehouse dates so daily reporting lines up with the team working day.

## PO receipt report

The **PO Receipt Report** shows inbound receiving activity over a selected date range:

* **Received POs** — purchase orders with at least one receipt in the period
* **Supplier** — which supplier each PO was from
* **Status** — current PO status (e.g. Received, Partially Received)
* **Lines received** — number of SKU lines received
* **Items received** — total units received across all lines
* **Cartons received** — if carton counts were recorded during receiving

This report is available as a **CSV export**. Use it to reconcile against supplier invoices, review receiving volumes by supplier, or identify frequently short-shipped POs.

## Performance dashboard

The **Performance dashboard** shows fulfilment cycle time metrics — how long it takes from an order being released to it being shipped:

* **Average cycle time** — the mean time from release to ship across all orders in the period
* **Median cycle time** — the middle value, less affected by outliers
* **p90 cycle time** — the 90th percentile, showing what the slowest 10% of orders look like
* **SLA target** — your configured performance target, used to compare actual cycle times against the expected service level

A **daily trend chart** plots cycle times over time, helping you see whether fulfilment is speeding up or slowing down.

Use the performance dashboard to:

* Set benchmarks for your team
* Spot days or weeks where processing slowed and investigate why
* Track improvement after process changes (for example, introducing batch picking or adding a packing bench)

## Stock health reports

Use stock health reports to spot inventory risk before it affects orders:

* **Expiring stock** shows batch-tracked stock that is approaching expiry, helping teams prioritise FEFO picks, promotions, returns to supplier, or write-offs.
* **Slow-moving stock** identifies products that have remained in stock without enough movement over the selected period. Use it to investigate excess inventory, plan promotions or clearance activity, and avoid tying up warehouse space in stock that is not selling.
* **Restocking history window** controls how much sales history is considered when calculating restocking suggestions.
* **Report favourites** let users pin frequently used reports to the dashboard navigation.

## Staff management and productivity

The **Staff Management** section includes productivity metrics for warehouse staff:

* **Active users** — who has been active in the system in the selected period
* **Picks per hour** — picking throughput per team member
* **Packs per hour** — packing throughput per team member
* **Process breakdown** — how time is split between picking, packing, putaway, replenishment and other tasks
* **Peak hours** — when each staff member is most active (useful for scheduling)

Click into an individual staff member to see their **detail sheet**: a timeline of their activity, job completions and productivity metrics.

## Exporting report data

The Fulfilment Report and PO Receipt Report support **CSV export**. Filtered stock movement views can also be exported from the stock movement logs.
