Pack Now and Batch Pack Now let you skip the standard picking workflow and send orders straight to a packing bench. Stock is still allocated and all inventory movements are recorded — the only thing that changes is your team doesn’t scan each pick individually.

Use these flows when:

  • An order is urgent and needs to ship immediately.
  • Your picker and packer are the same person.
  • You want to consolidate picking into one warehouse pass at the end of the day.

Pack Now

Use Pack Now to fast-track a single order.

  1. Open the order in WMS.
  2. Click Pack Now.
  3. Select the packing bench to send it to.

The order moves straight to the Packing dashboard, ready to pack. Your team retrieves the items from the shelf and brings them to the bench.

Batch Pack Now

Use Batch Pack Now to fast-track multiple orders at once.

  1. Select the orders you want to expedite.
  2. Click Batch Pack Now, choose a packing bench, and confirm.
  3. WMS generates a Packing Summary listing all SKUs and quantities across the batch.

Your team uses the summary to collect everything in one warehouse pass, then sorts items per order at the bench during packing.

Kitting

Kitting is the process of assembling component products into a finished bundle or kit. If you use require stock bundles that need to be pre-built before shipping, you manage this from the Kitting section in WMS.

For urgent situations, use Expedited Kitting to create and execute a kitting job in a single step — select the bundle, set the quantity and destination, and submit.
