# Connect Sellercloud to Starshipit

Integrate Starshipit with Sellercloud to seamlessly import your orders and automate fulfillment. Orders from Sellercloud will automatically sync with Starshipit, tracking details will be sent back once orders are fulfilled, and order status updates will be handled automatically.

## What you need to get started

* A **Sellercloud account** with API access.
* Your **Sellercloud subdomain** (e.g., **yourcompany**.sellercloud.com).
* Your **Sellercloud username and password** with the necessary permissions.

## How to set up Sellercloud

1. In your Starshipit account, go to **Settings >** **Integrations**.
2. Click **Add a new integration** and select **Sellercloud** from the list.
3. Turn on **Enable Sellercloud**.
4. Enter your **Username**, **Password**, **Subdomain**, and **TLD (Top Level Domain)**. For example, use `com` for a `sellercloud.com` address.
5. Choose the **Status** to import, or enter **Saved View ID(s)** to use Sellercloud saved views instead. Separate multiple saved-view IDs with semicolons.
6. Click **Save**, then select **Test connection** to verify the connection.

### Set the order status to import OR set the Saved View ID to import

1. In **Settings** > **Integrations**, select **Sellercloud settings**
2. Choose the **order status to import** from the dropdown menu.
3. Alternatively, enter the Saved View ID(s) (if setting multiple, separate these with a ";")
4. Click **Save**.

Once saved, click **Fetch latest orders** to confirm your integration is working correctly.

## Additional import settings

The **Advanced** tab contains two optional import mappings:

| Setting | Use it when |
| --- | --- |
| **Use Product ID as SKU (instead of Reference ID)** | Sellercloud product IDs, rather than reference IDs, are the SKU values your Starshipit rules and products use. |
| **Use alternate order number (Completed Order ID / Order Source Order ID)** | Your operational order reference is the completed-order or source-order ID instead of Sellercloud's default order number. |

## Additional Features

**Order Status Sync**: Orders will **automatically update** in Sellercloud when they are shipped from Starshipit.

    Tracking information will be sent back to Sellercloud, updating the order status.
