Starshipit supports Parcel Right (formerly DAI Post) for Australian domestic shipments and international labels from Australia to New Zealand. International labels use the Parcel Right-I product code and require Parcel Right to enable the service for your account. Learn more about [Parcel Right shipping services](https://www.daipost.com/).

## Before you begin

To connect Parcel Right with your Starshipit account, you’ll need your:

* Parcel Right User ID
* Password

If you do not have these credentials, please contact your Parcel Right account manager.

For AU-to-NZ international labels, Parcel Right must enable Parcel Right-I for your account and provide an account code.

## Setting up your Parcel Right account

1. In Starshipit, navigate to **Settings > Couriers > Add a new courier.**
2. Select **Australia** from the **Shipping From** dropdown.
3. Select **Parcel Right** under the Australian Domestic section.
4. Tick **Enable Parcel Right.**
5. Enter your **Parcel Right User ID** and **Password.**
6. Select an **Origin Terminal** from which shipments will be uplifted.
7. Click **Save** to save your integration details.

## Add your product codes

Finally, add the product codes you'd like to use for Parcel Right:

1. Navigate to the **Product Codes** section.
2. Select a product code from the **Add New Product Code** dropdown list.
3. Click **Add** to save the selected product code.

To make a product code the default, select the **Default** checkbox beside it before saving.

## Create an international label from Australia to New Zealand

Before creating an international label, ask Parcel Right to enable the **Parcel Right-I** service for your account and provide the account code. In Starshipit, add **Parcel Right-I** as a product code and enter the account code in the **Account** field.

Use **Parcel Right-I** only for shipments from Australia to New Zealand. Starshipit does not provide international rates for this service; it supports international label creation.

Prepare the shipment with:

* One package. Multi-package shipments are not supported.
* Each package dimension at or below 150 cm.
* The recipient's suburb, city, phone number, and email address.
* Customs details for every item: description, quantity, positive per-unit weight of no more than 10 kg, line value, country of origin, and HS code. The line value is the unit value multiplied by the quantity. Make sure the item values add up to the shipment's declared value.

Starshipit sends the international shipment as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) and passes the declared value and currency as entered, without currency conversion. Check the customs details and declared value before creating the label.

## Configure Parcel Right settings

| Setting | What it does |

| Enable Parcel Right | Makes Parcel Right available for shipment creation. |
| User ID and Password | Authenticate your Parcel Right account. |
| Origin Terminal | Select the Parcel Right terminal from which shipments leave. |
| Account | Enter the account code Parcel Right provides when it enables Parcel Right-I international labels for your account. |
| Use Test Environment | Uses the Parcel Right test environment. Keep this off for live shipments. |
| Product codes | Select the product codes enabled on your Parcel Right account, then add them to Starshipit and choose a default where needed. Use Parcel Right-I for AU-to-NZ international labels. |
| Tools > Cancel a Shipment | Enter a Parcel Right tracking number to submit a cancellation. |
